Silver - At a Critical Level

Silver has hit the important $21.80 level several times since 2007

What WAS resistance (red arrows) has become support (green arrows)…

…we are now back to a green arrow…

What does this mean? If it bounces, I expect a re-test of the white downtrend line.

Odds favor a bounce.
